Can I adjust my product ?
Unfortunately we do not adjust clothes, we have a size chart available for you to pick the perfect fit. We are also happy to assist you if you have any questions.
Can I return my clothes?
We do not facilitate returns; however, we offer exchanges and provide store credit. To initiate an exchange, ensure the Illona tag is still attached, the dress is new, unworn, and free of stains. Please contacts us via email, including your order number, to proceed with the exchange process. All customers willing to return items are responsible for return shipping fees.
How do I care for my clothes?
Kindly follow guidelines of each outfit online.
How long will it take to get my order?
Within Lagos will be 48 hours
Outside of Lagos within Nigeria would be 4-5 days
Overseas will take 3-15 days depending on the location, after 2 days of processing.

Do you accept international payments ?
• Yes we do! International payments can be made through the Paystack portal during the checkout process. After providing your shipment details, proceed to the payment section, offering two options: Paystack and manual. Choose the Paystack option, enter your debit or credit card billing details, and click "Place Your Order." You'll then be redirected to the Paystack portal to input your international card details, complete the payment, and initiate the order processing.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes we do! Please be aware that international shipping may incur duties and taxes, we are not liable for any applicable duties and taxes. These charges are not included in the check out total, and we are unable to provide an estimate. Please reach out to your local customs office for more information.
